Parallettes One is a beginner/intermediate program that focuses on developing pressing strength and inverted skills. It builds full-body strength and control, offering a variety of exercises to improve body usage. Parallettes provide increased leverage, extra ground clearance, and a neutral wrist position. Parallettes Two is an intermediate-level program that focuses on straight-arm strength, handstands, and inverted presses. It also helps with elbow conditioning, shoulder and torso strength, and transitioning between positions. It prepares individuals for advanced hand balancing skills like handstand push-ups and the planche.
